Before the start of 2010 I made three resolutions that I feel were key for both my physically health and the development of me as an individual.
My first resolution was to permanently quit drinking soda for five months and then once my obsession has lessened, I could occasionally have one.
Second, I made the resolution to not get defensive or upset when I get into an argument with someone, but rather take a step back to properly understand their position.
And most importantly my third and final resolution of 2010 was to not tell a single lie. It's not that I was a compulsive liar, it was just the easy way out of many situations and I always seemed to get away with it. Although I did tell a couple of lies here and there, I actually stayed true to my resolution. Even in times when most would have strayed from the truth, I gave the honest answer.
This year, along with sticking to my resolutions from last year, the resolutions I have so far are
To take writing classes to become a faster and all around more skillful writer
To continue running at least four times a week, preferably five
And last but most certainly not least I want to go to college feeling prepared and ready to work.
What are a few of your resolutions for the new year Mr. Feraco?
