Hero
In health, we have been discussing people of good character. A hero is a person who exhibits good character. It is someone who you look up to because of what the person stands up for or has done. Who is your hero? Why?

Stone Fox Conflict
Conflict is a struggle, a fight for or against something. Throughout the book, little Willy encounters many conflicts including those with Stone Fox and paying tax money to save the farm. Can you think of a time when you faced a conflict? What did you do to overcome it?

Balto a Hero?
Balto's heroic story was published in newspapers across America. He was called the most famous dog in America. A statue in New York City's Central Park was even built in his honor. Perseverance
Mulan spent ten tough years at war. She fought hundreds of fierce battles and endured cold and harsh weather. She was able to persevere through these difficulties and make it home as a hero. Name a time when you faced a difficult situation. Why was it difficult and how did you persevere?
